This paper discusses the influence of promotion costs to gross premium income. This research is quantitative research with financial reporting data obtained from PT Askrindo (Persero) Cikini Jakarta Branch. From the analysis of linear regression coefficient between the cost of the promotion of the gross premium income in order to determine the relationship between variables X (promotion costs) with a variable Y (gross premium income) based analysis (KD = r2 x 100%) is equal to the cost of the promotion have influence little impact on gross premium income of 6.25% while the remainder (93.75) is influenced by variables - variables that caused other factors.
