Pengaruh rasio klaim terhadap perpanjangan asuransi kesehatan korporasi yang tidak diperpanjang di PT Asuransi Jiwa Bringin Jiwa Sejahtera


One of goals in business is to get a profit. This also applies in the world of insurance. One way to determine whether an insurance company get a profit is by looking at the claim ratio. If a customer claims ratio exceeds 100%, the insurance company will release customer. But in the reality, not all customers who have claims ratio exceeds 100% released by the insurance company. this essay used a quantitative research by taking data from 2009 until 2012 in PT. AJ. Bringin Jiwa Sejahtera as a sample in this study, in this essay show that the claim ratio has a great effect against the group health insurance renewal, which means that if the number of customers who have a claim ratio exceeds 100% increase, the group health insurance customers that are not renewed will increase too.
