Analisis penundaan pembayaran pensiun pertama di PT Asabri (Persero)

This study aims to analyze the causes of delay pension payments PT ASABRI
(Persero) in 2013. For the analysis of the causes of delay, the authors tried to
make a qualitative descriptive study using secondary data from the data first
pension payment is delayed, the entry in the retirement division of PT ASABRI
(Persero) for the year 2013.
The results showed that the amount of delay pension payments reach 66% of the
total pension payments are processed first by the division staff pension Asabri PT
(Persero) or as many as 7.275 participants who experienced delays.
There are several things that cause delay pension payments, ie of external factors
and internal factors. From the research, it was concluded that the greatest delays
from external factors that is equal to 74% or 5.405 participants and internal
factors of 26% or 1,870 participants.
From the above description, to reduce delays the first pension payment is to
disseminate ongoing to understand the payment of pensions and insurance
procedures, understand the rights and obligations of the participants, maximizing
service of Asabri internal PT (Persero), as well as changing policies make it
difficult for the participants, so that pension payments are not delays occur again
in the future.
