The research was conducted at CIMB Niaga Kuningan Plaza which is one of the bank in Indonesia. Bancassurance is important for Insurance Company and Bank. CIMB Niaga get fee based income and for insurance company can get alternative distribution channel. In other side, misscommunication in sale bancassurance product will be negative effect for CIMB Niaga and Insurance Company. So, for the better bancassurance activity we must learned how to build better marketing concept for bancassurance.
