The financial performance of the company is a gesture of the financial condition of a company that is analyzed with the tools of financial analysis, so that can be known about the good and bad financial situation of a company that reflects performance in a particular period.
The nature of this research is a descriptive study that provides an overview, explaining systematic, factual and accurate a phenomenon that can be used as a basis for decision-makers to solve business problems in PT Mega Jasa Reinsurance Brokers and compared with similar companies located in Indonesia during the period 2008 -2012. The data used are secondary data. This study analyzed the ratio of NPM, ROA, and ROE.
The results of this study show that the ratio of NPM, ROA, and ROE companies are compared with similar companies directly address the company's financial performance.
