Strategi Pemasaran Produk Asuransi Surety Bond Terkait Pendapatan Service Charges di PT Asuransi Parolamas
This research is to determine how the application of the marketing mix of insurance products surety bond. This study used qualitative methods of data-primary and secondary data obtained through research directly or indirectly. The marketing mix is a strategy to determine the success rate of marketing companies that can provide satisfaction in selected consumer needs or market segments served consisting of Process, Price, Promotion, Place, Physical Evidence, People. SWOT Analysis is a systematic identification of factors likely to formulate corporate strategies. The analysis is based on the logic that maximizes strength (Strength) and opportunities (Opportunity), but at the same time can minimize the downside (Weaknesses) and threats (Threats). The author also uses analytical methods EFAS (External Strategic Factors Analysis Summary), IFAS (Internal Strategic Factors Analysis Summary), as well as a SWOT Matrix and Matrix Internal - External. From the analysis of the results obtained by (2.80: 3.01), which indicates the company is in cell 2, the growth of the cell where it uses the strategy for growth through horizontal integration where the concentration of the company's goal is to increase sales and profits by utilizing the advantages both in production and marketing.
