The rapid development of technology, which has also occurred in the field of construction, the enhanced demand for construction work of any kind, the growth in the values of individual building projects, and the ensuing increase of the technical and economic risks during construction, have resulted in an everincreasing demand for Contractor All Risk insurance protection all over the world. Through insurance scheme, the most of risk will be transferred to the insurance company. The value of contract for each project is commonly large, therefore the insurance company need additional support from reinsurance company. How to maximize the process in finding the facultative reinsurance capacity for this insurance product will be fully explained in this research. Method of this study, using the data obtained from the office, college library and internet browsing.
