The purpose of this research is to know how the Process Acceptation of underwriting at PT Asuransi Jiwa Tugu Mandiri on a Group Life Insurance products, especially the program of Mandiri Asuransi Pesangon Sejahtera (MAPS). In Group Life Insurance, underwriting process is not done on the medical aspects of individually on the prospective participants. In other words, not health of insurance participants were selected, but the health of group itself, which provided the consideration by life insurance companies deserve to be revealed or not.
