PT Indomarco Prismatama is one of the largest sales company in Indonesia. PT Indomarco Prismatama insure their property through PT Indosurance Broker Utama for the insured with PT Asuransi Harta Aman Pratama. PT Indosurance Broker Utama is an insurance broker firm that hashead office in Sudirman, South Jakarta.
This time the author had the opportunity to do practical work in PT Indosurance Brokers Utama as marketing in division Broking1 The author will discuss PT Indomarco Prismatama’s property insurance renewal process period December 31, 2014 until December 31, 2014. The author found a few things about the insurance renewal processing steps that are not in accordance with the standards set out operational work in PT Indosurance Broker Utamas, also write some author’s experienced in the work practices. The author will try to give suggestions assolutions for existing problems.
This final project written with descriptive qualitative method, the data used was obtained from the information and data that available in the PT Indosurance Broker Utama and some books that have correlation with what the authors discuss.
