The rapid growth of insurance industry in Indonesia nowadays supporting the needs of Insurance Brokers as one part of the insurance industry. Insurance Broker not only act as a liaison between the insured and the insurer but also provides consulting services to clients, both individuals and corporates. With the erratic global economic development, encourage PT. Magnus Mitra Sejahtera as one of the Insurance Broker in Indonesia to apply or create a variety of economic management strategy in competing with other companies. The one that is applied in this company is providing the best service to each of its clients at all times. Client satisfaction is the most important thing for PT. Magnus Mitra Sejahtera.
This research was conducted to see how the level of client satisfaction against Property All Risk Insurance claim services and how effectives the claim services that has been granted by PT. Magnus Mitra Sejahtera against the clients satisfaction. The research is done by using the qualitative method which was performed by spreading the questionnaire to 35 property all risk insurance holder companies in this broker insurance.
Based on the research, reached the conclusion that from the fifth dimension used as an indicator to measure the quality of the service, property all risk insurance claim services that has been granted by PT. Magnus Mitra Sejahtera rated satisfactory by its clients. We can see it from the results as follows: in reliability dimension, clients satisfaction reached 96.4%; in responsiveness dimension, clients satisfaction reached 96.5%; in assurance dimension, clients satisfaction reached 97.8%; in empathy dimension, clients satisfaction reached 95.2% and in tangible dimension, clients satisfaction reached 96.4%.
