Based on job description division claim motor vehicle devide to four parts, that is Customer Service, Surveyor, Claim Assessment, and Claim Payment Staff. To be achieved performance of an effective and efficient the process should be based on Standard Operational Procedure (SOP). The purpose doing this practice is the writer can give innovation and recommendation for the company to become a greater company. Overall division Claim Motor Vehicle has completed work effectively and efficiently, but it should be noted also other parts that could hinder performance this division.
