The purpose of the research is to acknowledge the procedures of the procedures for/ the terms ofd the closure of life insurance and insurance treasury of constraits in the implementation of the closure insurance and also to solving the problem in order to overcome these constraints in PT. Consequently, it needs to have serious efforts in order to make the insurance company develop and to socialize the insurance for increasing the society’s consciousness upon the important of insurance.
