Practice report is one of the graduation requirements at STMA Trisakti , this final report describes how the procedures for administration claims in the health insurance department of Central Asia Raya Life Insurance Company. In this report also describes how easy the claim settlement process in Central Asia Raya Life Insuranse Company is. However the claim settlement procces must also go through a lot of compplicated administrative procces and this report describe it clearly. If participants propose a claim by filling in a claim form and giving all required documents then the claim will be processed quickly, but on the contrary if the participants not giving all the documents required for claim process, then the claim will be processed slowly because it will be postpone and even denied.
