This work practices intended to provide knowledge to students directly in the field of insurance industry. In making practices report, based on knowledge during work practice in PT. ASURANSI CENTRAL ASIA department of Oto Claim Center.
The result show that working practices are some of the obstaclein the process of motor vehicle insurance claims, namely :
1) Often, The Insured don’t know the procedure for filing motor vihicle insurance claims, along with document that must be completed for filing claims motor vihicle, which eventually hamper the insurance claim procedure.
2) Frequent delay in inputing the estimated price of the repair workshop partner.
