PT Asuransi FPG Indonesia is one Insurance Company in Indonesia established since 1866. The authir of this work practice intends tofullfill requirements for obtaining the title Insurance Diploma. The Claim Division set up processes claims reimbursement of a loss occurring. Each of these processes have been set according by SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) exist althought there are errors in any process but it can all be resolved due the SOP and determine gaps in it’s application claims procedure. The authors conclude that there are some conditions that are different between the application and the procedures that are expected to recommendations made by the authors to be acceptes by the company.
