Proses Pelayanan Klaim Kerugian Sebagian (Partial Loss) Asuransi Kendaraan Bermotor di PT Asuransi Central Asia
This Report of Working practices is intended to provide the information about claim services for all insured along with the vehicle insurance claim at PT Asuransi Central Asia Departemen Oto Claim Center.
The method of finding issues are direct practices while working at sercive stations Oto Claim center at Head Office of PT Asuransi Central Asia, 12th Floor. The result show some obstacle in the middle of motor vehicle insurance claims progress, namely :
1. Standard Claim Sevices for all insured when they are visiting Service Stations Oto claim center to get claim resolved.
2. Often, The insured lack of knowledge in rightfull claim procedure and along with document that must be completed for filing claims motor vihicle, which eventually hamper the insurance claim procedure.
3. Difference Oppinion of claim deductible (own risk) between insured and insurer.
4. Frequent delay when input the estimated price from workshop partner thus made the surveyor must be intensively follow-up claim progress to avoid extended time spent in claim settlement.
Otherwise, there are many factor that made the insured think if motor vehicle insurance claim is complicated and take a ton of time, and actually is not if the procedure was implemented.
