Rate providen to customers must be the same. In the shariah insurance there is a system for profit sharing (Mudharabah) at the end of the period when the policy meets the applicable terms and conditions, the profit sharing system is one of the advantages of sharia insurance. Though, insurance company must be clever to find a gap in getting good business. Which one of it is by giving the best services to all of customers so they can feel comfort by the protection.
