This research to determine the number of motor vehicle and widening or addition of new roads in the period of 2012 — 2014 that might be a potential motor vehicle insurance claims in DKI Jakarta especially in PT. Asuransi Harta Aman Pratama, Tbk. This research use qualitative method with type of case study. This data is obtained from various institutions, which are from PT. Asuransi Harta Aman Pratama, Tbk to get the number of motor vehicle insurance claim, from Dinas Pelayanan Pajak for number of vehicles and from Balai Besar Pelaksana Jalan Nasional IV for widening or addition of new roads. This research wants to express how the influence of the number of vehicle that contioue to increase with the widening and also the addition of new roads by the government against the motor vehicle insurance claim in Jakarta especially in PT Asuransi Harta Aman Pratama, Tbk.
