This research describes the influence of agent training costs with an increase in insurance premiums in the company of General Takaful Branch Bogor. Part of this research is the agent training costs (X) and an increase in insurance premiums (Y). This research uses quantitative methods. And the results of this study indicate that the effect is very weak due to the agent training costs increase premiums. So if the company wants to increase the insurance premium, they should greatly increase training costs and evaluate agent training system
