Analisis Pengaruh Pendapatan Premi Dari Pialang dan Direct Sales Terhadap Total Premi Asuransi Kesehatan di PT Asuransi Bangun Askrida Divisi Syariah
This thesis examines the health insurance premium income through an broker and have a direct sales influence on the overall premium income of health insurance so that the effect of this study entitled The premium income of broker and direct sales of the total premiums in the health insurance in PT. Asuransi Bangun Askrida Sharia Division. This type of research in this thesis is a quantitative and objective to describe how the effect of the premium agent / direct and the brokerage premiums to the total health insurance premiums. The analysis technique used is the correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, regression analysis, F test and t test. Results of hypothesis testing showed that the effect of the premium broker and direct sales to the total health insurance premiums have a strong enough correlation is correlation 1.000. The coefficient of determination brokers and direct sales figures showed 100%, which means that if the premium income through broker and direct sales increased, the income of health insurance premiums will increase. Thus if a company wants to increase revenue sector (in particular health insurance), marketing strategies especially strengthened broker distribution channel and should be done in a way that is effective, efficient, and optimal.
