The purpose of this research is to find out if there is any significant influence between the cost of training to premium income of insurance agents of PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia who are attending MDRT Class Program. The research is based on quantitative research with descriptive analysis. Thus, to measure how is the influence of cost of training as independent variable to premium income as the dependent variables. The research uses correlation test as well as linear regression analysis. The result of this analysis, there isn 't any influence from cost of training to premium income of insurance agents in MDRT Class Program at PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia
