Settlement of insurance dispute could be settled by two ways are litigation and alternative dispute resolution. The alternative dispute resolution divides into 4 (four) catagories of the alternative dispute resolution, namely: Negosiation, Mediation, Consolidation, and Arbitration. Those are have advantages and disadvantages each other.Research is organized to methodology qualitative, by using the method interview to withdraw the data in the company ABDA.In addition, the purpose of this research is in order acquire a title scholar economic management insurance.
