The community have complained the performance of pt jasa raharja (pesero) less than maximum, this is related to the amount of compensation offered by pt jasa raharja (persero) is not in accordance with loss suffered by the traffic accident victims the way. And it is community in kabupaten serang attack especially the villages are still much less know the donation pt jasa raharja (persero).
Based on the background the so the study is done to understand the implementation of the stage the donation pt jasa raharja to traffic accident victims the way in kabupaten attack , the research is the qualitative study with the approach juridical sociological .
Writing this thesis use of law primary and secondary. Calculation methods were used in data collection is a study literature , field studies and interview. The results of the study and discussion indicate that implementation of the donation pt jasa raharja (persero) branch offices banten is weak.
