This study aims to investigate the implementation of SOP claims settlement risk of flooding in the motor vehicle insurance in PT Ace Jaya protection as well as to determine the quality of the implementation of SOP claims settlement flood risk of motor vehicle insurance in PT Ace Jaya Protection. This study uses descriptive qualitative data obtained through interviews and literature study, data analysis techniques used are data collection, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and evaluation.
