Property insurance is one of insurance product which has a good growth in the past 5 years due to the awareness has increased regarding to the property risk. This research uses a qualitative method and the data was collected by using direct and indirect observation. The purpose of this research is to analyze the property insurance product based on SWOT analysis method that represents the PT Asuransi Asoka Mas existence in insurance market. The writer is using SWOT analysis with a systematic identification of related factors to decide company's strategy. This analysis focused on maximizing the strength and opportunities (SO), but at the same time minimizes weakness and threats (WT). This research is also using EFE method (external strategy factor analysis summary), IFE method (internal strategy factor analysis summary), SWOT matrix and internal external matrix. The result from EFE and IFE method, it shows that the company is in cell 5, it means PT Asuransi Asoka Mas is still in developing phase. And the strategy that suitable with company in cell 5 is horizontal integration that recommend the company to take one or more of these steps to have a good growth (especially for financial condition), the steps are market expansion, provision of facilities for the marketing matter, and development of internal and external technologies through acquisitions or merge with other insurance companies.
