This study is to answered the problem that how much the retention and claim as par tialy and simultaneously have influence toward return on asset result.
The purpose of this study is to obtain the emperical evidence about the factors which influence return on asset result as dependen variable. Independent variables used in this research are retention ratio and incurred loss ratio.
Population in this research are all insurance business of PT Asuransi Jiwa Central Asia Raya. Samples are taken based on retention, claim, and return on asset result and analyzed using multiple regression analysis.
The initial hipothesis of this study is retention and claim as partialy and simultanously not have influence toward return on asset result.
The research finds that retention and claim have influence toward return on asset result.
