Analisis Strategi Bersaing dalam Asuransi Kesehatan Kumpulan pada PT Asuransi Jiwa Central Asia Raya

Health insurance is one insurance products within the last 5 years has decreased. This research uses a qualitative method and the data was collected by using direct and indirect observation. The purpose of this research to find competitive strategy PT Asuransi Jiwa Central Asia Raya applied in determining the health insurance renewal premium rates that are competitive with using SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis. The writer is using SWOT analysis with a systematic identification of related factors to decide company's strategy. This analysis focused on maximizing the strengths and opportunities (SO) but at the same time minimizes weaknesses and threats (WT). This research also used the SWOT matrix. Which of the SWOT matrix produces four alternative competing strategies are SO, WO, ST and WT. The result from SWOT matrix, strategy chosen PT Asuransi Jiwa Central Asia Raya is SO (Strengths-Opportunities) strategy. Because Health insurance is one insurance products within the last 5 years has decreased. This study uses qualitative methods and data collected by means of direct observation and not langsung.Tujuan of research to find competitive strategy CAR applied in determining the health insurance renewal premium rates that are competitive with using SWOT analysis. This study also used the SWOT matrix. which of the SWOT matrix produces four alternative competing strategies are SO, WO, ST and WT. Of the four alternative strategies chosen strategy PT Asuransi Jiwa Central Asia Raya is SO strategy, because according to the wishes of PT Asuransi Jiwa Central Asia Raya that can establish health insurance renewal premium rates that are competitive with the risks and maintain the percentage reduction costs.
