Motor vehicle is the most needed society used as a means of transportation
that can support every activities. Because of the function of motor vehicle, then it
can increase the desire of someone to buy the motor vehicle. The increasing
number of motor vehicle, it causes higher crime and accident rates. For it,
someone can protect their motor vehicle by transfer the risk to the insurance
company.
The agreement between the insured and the insurer is(insurance policy.
Insurance policy is issued by the insurance company. The policy will be given if
the insured pay the premium on the insurance has been purchased.
In the insurance company there are some divisions that serves as a
supporting the company, one of them is underwriting technical division. The
underwriting technical division also important, because in this division, insurance
policy issued. Issuing insurance policy, all process from input the data, printing,
and distributing to finance dept, is systemized. Issuing insurance policy require
some essential documents supporting the proposal form of the Insured such as
SIM or driver license, STNK, Motor Vehicle pictures and other documents
required.
Everytime, nothing is going on as smoothly as we wish, there must be
troublesome between them, including in the process of issuing insurance policy.
Oftenly, error system and facilities occuring while printing. Another are there are
some jobs not suit the SOP of issuing policy, that also affect the process. Those
problems should be resolved soon so the SOP that had been decided by PT Asuransi Central Asia Syariah should be submissive in every process.
