Proses Penerbitan Certificate Of Marine Cargo Open Cover Di PT KSK Insurance Indonesia

PT. KSK Insurance Indonesia is one of the Commercial Insurance Company in Indonesia with specifically on General Insurance. One type of product on General Insurance is Cargo Insurance. Cargo Insurance also has some sub policy but one of the most proposed policy is Marine Cargo Open Cover. One job to do on Insurance Company is issuing the Insurance Policy. The division that has responsibility to do this is Underwriting Division. Underwriting Division responsible for insurance quotation approval, inputting the data to system and issuing the policy also using the system program called Care System. But, we can’t using this program on maximum job because we can’t do the main policy for Marine Cargo Open Policy, the program only do the certificate. Issuing the main policy still manually by the underwriting using Microsoft Word. Hope this Final Report can be used to provide the better service.
