KSK Insurance Indonesia is a general insurance company that sells health insurane of Bupa’s product. Bupa’s health insurance product which are first choice, mediplans, international health and hospital plan and travel insurance.
The closing process of Bupa’s insurance in KSK is through an agent or broker. It is not a simple as it’s looks, because it can be long process if the application has been received incompletely from the prospect insure and they return it in such a long time which will effect the time process for underwriting process in Bupa’s office to Copenhagen, Denmark.
Bupa’s health insurance process in Indonesia using the KSK Insurance program which called Care system Program, but when making the Bupa’s health insurance policy here in KSK Insurance Indonesia is still done by manually with Microsoft Word. With this report, writer hopes that readers can understand the
time process of policy processing in KSK Insurance (especially Bupa’s health insurance product) and expecting that in the future there will be more better service of this processing which can speed up the time limit of the process itself.
