The increasing public awareness for getting protection of insurance will increase the demand for insurance policies. This encourages the ceding company in order to improve professionalism in the process of issuing insurance policies. Based on the analysis conducted by the author during the implementation of job practice in PT Asuransi Harta Aman Pratama branch Kramat exactly in the operation division Indomarco, the conclusion is that process of policy publication in PT Asuransi Harta Aman Pratama branch Kramat especially operational department Indomarco has followed SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) which given by the company. But there are some cases and problems which not contained in the SOP during the process of issuance policy. In addition, there are various constraints that make production of policy delayed. Many demands and requests of policy Property All Risks (PAR) PT Indomarco Prismatama issuance, still found process of publication that is not on time. Carefulness and performance of employees and information technology systems are very influential on the accuracy and delay the issuance of the insurance policy.
