The purpose of this study is to explain the reimbursement claim process in health insurance through an Insurance Broker. Insurance Broker is a consultant in insurance and risk management on behalf of their clients and also provide advice or suggest in the interests of their client. Health Insurance is a type of insurance coverage that pays for medical and surgical expenses that need to be evaluated on Insurer Claims Analysis Team.
In this paper PT Eastern Pearl Flour Mills (EPFM) goes to be the reference of reimbursement claim process meanwhile has an Insurance corporate health policy in PT Lippo General Insurance. In the process of verification of the claim by the insurer still have many problems.
Findings of that problems derived from the method of data collection by collecting books that have relevance to the title of paper, doing direct practice and conduct interviews with an informant.
