PT KSK Insurance Indonesia is one of the Commercial Insurance Company in Indonesia with specifically on General Insurance. One type of product on General Insurance is Fire Insurance. Fire Insurance is the type of insurance that All Risks of physical loss or damage to the insured property that due to fire. Method that been used on this Final Report are observation method and literature method. The purpose for this Practice Report are to know the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) which applied by this company, things that need attention and also the obstacle when issuing the insurance policy. From this report, we could know the outline for processing the policy, we starting the job when we receive the complete and full data from Marketing and also already approved by Underwriting, after that, we input the data, process and print the Insurance Policy by Care System. Care System is program that been used for processing the data including saving Insured and Interest Insured data (as database). We need to pay more attention on the data that we receive from Marketing since some data not clearly or not complete. Insurance agent is the intermediary between insurance company and the insured, but agents not completely have a role to complete the data to issuing the policy.
