new policy , renewal policy or endorsement requests from an insurance agents
and direct customers . The closing process of motor vehicle insurance policy
starts from conducting pre acceptance risk survey of interest insured , making
offering slip, obtain client (The Insured) agreement, completing the documents,
making SPPA , inputing data into system to be, processed by underwriting
department until finish to be send by policy deliveries services . The purpose of
doing this practice authors can provide innovation and recommendation for the
company to become a bigger company .
