Strategi Pemasaran Produk Asuransi Kesehatan Oleh Broker Asuransi PT Arkafi Prima Mandiri Pasca Adanya BPJS Kesehatan


This thesis dicusses about "The strategy of PT Arkafi Prima Mandiri in order to selling their health insurance product after the exi sting of BPJS" the aim of this research is to suggest the better strategy of product selling in health insurance after the existing of BPJS. This research is qualitative by applying the analysis of SWOT. The result of this research shows that after there is obligationto have BPJS insurance, Arkafi insurance decline since last 2 years.
As the suggestion from this research is Arkafi need to expand the area of insurance products and sharpen market goals , and also working with the insurance companies to create innovative benefits, varied, and be able to competing with competitive rating in order to deal with collateral on the responsibility of BPJS.
