Hubungan Minat Tertanggung Dengan Rencana Layanan Klaim Motor Car Ketika Akhir Pekan Pada PT Asuransi Central Asia

This research aims to know about insured's interest with claim service program plan Motor Car in the weekend at PT Asuransi Central Asia, so that this research can be used as an idea to make a claim service innovation. Method that used in this research is descriptive statistics. Population is this research are insured Motor Car PT Asuransi Central Asia Samples in this research were 45 respondents using simple random technique.
Result of this research is insured response have excellent category that has a statistical value 80,96% with a maximum error 15%. It showing that this plan get a positive response from insured and can be used as an idea in the development program of insurance service. While over all the dimensional characteristics of the works, disruption of work and insured's interest showed a response in good category which is 75,62%. Respondents characteristics affect the level of insured's interest against the program plan, where the characteristics of respondents who indicate increasingly busy in the weekdays so they have a better response to the claims service program plan.
