The research was conducted to find out the comparison of claims reserves using 3 (three) methods, chain ladder method, bornhuetter ferguson method, and loss ratio method. This research is entitled "Analysis Calculation Incurred But Not Reported (IBNR) Using Chain Ladder Method, Bornhuetter Ferguson method, and Loss Ratio Method in Property Insurance at Reinsurance XYZ". This research uses quantitative method. The data collection technique is based on secondary data from PT Reinsurance XYZ, and in the form of books, laws. This research shows that there are differences in the results of calculations using the chain ladder method, bornhuette ferguson method, and loss ratio method.
