Along with the development of current residential trends, the need for insurance protection for property is increasingly varied as well as insurance protection for residential homes. Insurance companies are required to provide satisfaction to their customers by providing optimal service and product quality. Since 2016 the production of Asuransi Rumah Idaman (ASRI) has fluctuations which show that the level of customer satisfaction has not been. This research focuses on determining the magnitude of the influence of service quality and quality of Asuransi Rumah Idaman (ASRI) on customer satisfaction at PT. Asuransi Central Asia Kantor Pusat Operasional 2. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis methods. In this study, the authors used primary data as the main data using questionnaire instruments. The sampling technique used is probability sampling. The results showed that there was a positive influence between independent variables, namely Service Quality and Product Quality both partially and simultaneously on customer Satisfaction. The results of the coefficient of determination analysis showed that the variables of Service Quality and Product Quality had a influence of 66% to Customer Satisfaction and the rest were influenced by other variables that were not explained in this study. Based on the analysis of data and discussions obtained in this study, the author conveys advice for companies to separate marketing specifically for products Asuransi Rumah Idaman (ASRI) which is expected to improve service to the insured from the time of insurance closing, when the insurance policy runs and until the settlement of insurance claims, develop the Asuransi Rumah Idaman so that the product benefits are more complete with an affordable premium value.
