This research aims to find out the risks that can be insured and the obstacles they
experience in identifying insured risks. This research was conducted at PT. Fajar
Rahayu Mandiri by the method of observation, interview and based on the book
the author reads. The results of this work practice are employees on probation at
PT. Fajar Rahayu Mandiri does not yet have life insurance and the company does
not yet have an SOP (operational standard procedure).
