Proses Entry Data Surat Permintaan Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Asuransi Individual di PT XYZ

Today's technology is developing more rapidly as the times progress, and does not
hinder changes in the system in the insurance industry. The system used to process
a client's data is also developing, not only the human role system in processing
data into the system is also no less important called an inputer. An inputer has an
important role in the insurance company to process client data because the policy
can be issued immediately if the SPAJS data has been processed by an inputer.
The final project report which discusses the data entry process of sharia life
insurance request letters, especially individual insurance, this title was chosen to
find out how the process of entering individual insurance data in the system until
the policy is issued. This work practice is carried out by the interview method, and
documentation taken from company data, as well as literature methods obtained
from various insurance book sources. The results of this study concluded that the
data entry process at PT XYZ was carried out through the system and processed
according to work instructions and company SOPs. In processing this data, there
are findings, namely the completeness of data regarding the question of applying
the principle of knowing the customer in SPAJS and the obstacles faced not far
from the system and network errors that can affect the input process.
