An insurance policy is a written document that contains important terms regarding an insurance agreement that has been issued and signed by the insurance company as the insurer and the insured in the insurance. Motor vehicle insurance is a form of protection against damage that may occur to a motor vehicle caused by the risks that have been guaranteed by a motor vehicle insurance policy. This internship report aims to find out how the process of issuing motor vehicle insurance policies at PT Asuransi Harta Aman Pratama Tangerang Branch. The method used in the direct work practice report is the method of observation, literature study and field study. The results of the work practice report can be concluded that in the policy issuance process there are still several obstacles, both from the human error factor or obstacles to the machines supporting work activities.
