PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk is a subsidiary of Pertamina that does business in the insurance sector. One of the insurance products whose object of coverage can be insured is motor vehicle insurance, a type of insurance that provides protection to the insured from the risk of loss arising from the use of the vehicle, the risks of loss have been stated in the standard Indonesian motor vehicle insurance policy (PSAKBI). The method that the author has used in this final report is the primary and secondary methods. This practice report aims to identify and understand the provisions applied by the company in policy making. The system used in making the policy to manage and store the insured's data ( database) is a care system. Things that need to be considered in this process are completeness and clear information on data containing information about the insured or events that result in losses.
