Proses Penutupan Asuransi Kesehatan Kumpulan di PT Nyra melalui PT Fins Insurance Brokers

This study is a discussion of how the group health insurance closing process, including the understanding of group health insurance.This paper was obtained from the practical experience of internships at PT. Fins Insurance Brokers for several months, in the technical department as placement staff, especially group health insurance. There are several findings and obstacles faced by PT. Fins Insurance Brokers as a joint learning, as well as how to reduce risks and also solve these obstacles. There are three methodologies used in this study, namely observation methods, literature studies, and documentation. From the three methods, conclusions were obtained about insurance closing process that must be carried out, for maximum results. These stages are the provision of information data by customers, placing slips for insurance, closing insurance, issuing invoices, socializing, issuing policies and treatment cards, and finally making profit calculations. When all stages are carried out according to the flow, the work will become more efficient.
