This study aims to determine the process and procedure of acceptance of insurance in decision making by underwriters. This research was conducted at Multi Artha Guna, the data analyzed were data on prospective participants who had submitted an insurance application letter, words and clauses in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP). The data collection period is from February 2022 to June 2022. The results of the analysis show that in the process of receiving personal accident insurance, the most important thing is to choose the age and occupation of the insured.
