The background of this report is to determine the process of data entry of fire insurance quotes by data entry operators in the marketing division of PT Asuransi Bangun Askrida, Jakarta Branch. The purpose of this report is to evaluate the data entry process and identify findings and problems faced by data entry operators in carrying out their duties. The data entry operator have an important role being responsible for entering bidding data into the company's web application system. However, several obstacles were found, including system errors in web application system, limited access to web application system, and internet connection disturbances that affected the productivity and efficiency of the data entry process.
