Proses Penanganan Klaim Asuransi Kebakaran di PT Asuransi Bangun Askrida


Claims are the most important process in insurance because they relate to the insured community. PT Asuransi Bangun Askrida is a general insurance company that offers fire insurance products for the risk of loss or damage to property. This writing aims to find out how the procedure for handling fire insurance claims at PT Asuransi Bangun Askrida, the conditions that must be met by the insured, and solutions to procedural barriers. The method used is descriptive method, namely describing and explaining the claim procedure. The results of the discussion of this paper are the procedures for handling fire insurance claims through seven stages, namely submitting claims, researching the validity of insurance policies, forming LKS and surveys, receiving supporting documents, researching claim validity, giving approval or rejection of claims, and paying claims with two conditions that must be met. by the insured, namely the special conditions specified in the fire policy and document requirements. The conclusion of this paper is that, if someone experiences property damage or loss caused by fire, the policyholder can submit a claim by completing the document requirements and then processing it according to the claim procedure set by PT Asuransi Bangun Askrida.
