The claim process is the process of reimbursing a sum of money by the company to employees against claims for expenses that have been made by employees for the benefit of the company. There are two methods of claim payment at PT BNI Life Insurance, namely: reimbursement claims, and provider claims. In this final task, the author uses the provider claim method. Provider claim is a method of claim with the help of a provider as an intermediary for health claims administration between hospitals and insurance companies. Therefore, the author takes the title "Sharia Health Insurance Claim Payment Process Through Admedika Provider at PT BNI Life Insurance", with the formulation of the problem: How is the Payment Process for Sharia Health Insurance Claims Through Admedika Providers at PT. BNI Life Insurance? What are the obstacles in the process of paying sharia health insurance claims through Admedika providers at PT. BNI Life Insurance? The result of the technical implementation of work in the claims division is the successful completion of the claim process submitted by the insured efficiently and satisfactorily. PT BNI Life Insurance has the ability to process claims quickly and responsively, which ultimately makes the insured feel satisfied with the services provider.
