Insurance is one way of dealing with risk. But the risk or loss of every human cannot refer to the future. In Indonesia there are still many people who do not know about insurance, so they still put aside the benefits of insurance. The insurance process is inseparable from the insurance policy issuance process. The procedure for issuing a policy is the process of printing an agreement document containing the insured risk. The implementation of the policy issuance procedure at PT.Asuransi ABC is expected to be useful so that errors do not occur in the policy issuance process. The purpose of this observation is to find out the procedure for Issuing a Fire Insurance Policy at PT.Asuransi ABC. Observations were made at PT. Asuransi ABC with a qualitative descriptive method that aims to describe the events in it. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this observation conclude that the procedure for issuing a fire insurance policy in the AEGIS system, which is the basic system for inputting data before the issuance of a policy, still has several obstacles that hinder the process of issuing a policy and take longer. But the employees of PTAsuransi ABC were able to overcome these obstacles with good and proper solutions
