The purpose of this study is to explain the process of claiming death on life insurance through an insurance broker. Insurance Brokers are consultants in the field of insurance and risk management on behalf of their clients and also provide advice or advice on behalf of their clients. In this paper, PT Royal Group Eagle Indonesia is used as a reference in the death claim process when having a company life insurance policy at PT Lippo Life Assurance. In the administrative process to verification of claims by the insurer there are still many obstacles. The discovery of these problems was obtained from the data collection method by collecting books relevant to the title of this paper, and doing direct practice.
