This report is motivated by the RIPLAY Adjustment with the launch of the 2019 RIPLAY Standard Guidelines. RIPLAY adjustments are due to the implementation of RIPLAY submitted by PUJK in Indonesia which has not been standardized either based on implementation, format, content or design. Therefore, the RIPLAY Standard Guidelines were prepared as a guideline for PUJK in preparing and submitting RIPLAY. The purpose of this report is to increase the effectiveness of transparency and information disclosure to consumers, minimize the occurrence of misleading and asymmetric information in the marketing process of insurance products, reduce the potential for problems between consumers and PUJK, as well as TMLI's implementation of the provisions of the RIPLAY Standard regulated in SEOJK PAYDI.
This report uses interview techniques to collect data and information. The results of the report show that TMLI as a PUJK has implemented and implemented RIPLAY adjustments to the RIPLAY Standard Pedoaman SEOJK No.5 PAYDI.
